Inside the factory

Cut-and-sew under one roof in Zhutang Town, Jiangyin — with cutting, sewing, embroidery, washing, pressing, inspection and packing all in the same building. That is not a marketing point — it is the reason a fit correction reaches production in hours, and the reason you are never told "the subcontractor is behind".

Equipment & processes

What the floor can do

We run jersey and woven cut-and-sew lines side by side, supported by a complete finishing line. A programme can move from a cotton-elastane sleep set to a linen dress, or from a jersey polo to a sports bra with cup construction, without leaving the building — or the same account manager.

Apparel factory sewing hall
Cutting
Manual and marker-assisted cutting for jersey, interlock, rib and woven fabrics including linen and viscose blends. Stripe and print matching on request.
Sewing & assembly
Dedicated sewing lines for sleepwear, pants, activewear and kids. Coverstitch, flatlock and elastic-attachment capability; lace and embroidery application.
Mending
Hand-mending stations for dropped stitches, yarn faults and needle lines, operated by trained menders rather than absorbed into an AQL allowance.
Cutting
Fabric spreading, marker planning and cutting for woven programmes, carried out in house so panel accuracy does not depend on an outside cutting room.
Sewing
Sewing lines for woven and cut-and-sew styles, with dedicated machines per operation and in-line inspection at each station.
Ironing & pressing
Steam pressing with style-specific templates for woven styles, and to hold measurement consistency across a knitted run.
Washing & finishing
Softening, enzyme wash, brushing, felting and anti-pilling treatments. Wash recipes are recorded per style so a repeat order behaves identically.
Inspection
Three-stage inline inspection plus final AQL inspection before packing, whichever line the order runs on.
Packing
Folding, polybagging, hangtag and label application, polybag warnings and barcodes to retail-ready standard.
Sampling room
Separate machine and sewing allocation for samples and counter-samples, so development never queues behind bulk production.

Capacity & lead times

What a realistic schedule looks like

Lead times below are working targets for a confirmed, yarn-available order. Peak season (August–November, ahead of Northern Hemisphere winter) books up early — the earlier in the calendar you brief us, the better your delivery window.

Sampling

Counter-sample
7–10 working days per round from confirmed tech pack and fabric availability
Yarn swatch card
3–5 working days, courier to your office
Revision round
5–7 working days where only fit or trim changes
Sample charge
Quoted per style; typically credited against the first bulk order

Bulk production

Small run
7–10 days from approved sample, for development-scale quantities
Standard run
25–35 days from approved sample, for full container-scale orders, subject to fabric booking
Peak season
Add buffer for Aug–Nov; we will tell you honestly if a window is achievable
Fabric booking
Placed against order confirmation — this is usually the real critical path, not machine time

Shipping terms: FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW and DDP are all available. FOB Shanghai / Ningbo is the default, and we are happy to work on your forwarder's account if you prefer to control freight.

Quality system

Three checkpoints, not one

A single final inspection tells you what went wrong. Three tell you where. We inspect during production so a fault gets corrected on the machine rather than sorted out of the shipment.

Checkpoint 01

After cutting

Panel dimensions, stitch structure, yarn faults and needle lines checked against the approved sample before the piece is joined. Rejected panels are reknitted, not patched.

Checkpoint 02

After sewing

Seam quality, symmetries, neckline and armhole alignment, trims and label placement. This is where a technically correct garment becomes a sellable one.

Checkpoint 03

After finishing

Measurement against the signed chart, hand-feel after wash, colour consistency across the lot, and packing accuracy.

Final inspection & reporting

  • AQL final inspection against your nominated standard and defect criteria
  • Written measurement report per size, compared against the approved spec
  • Colour and shade assessment under standard lighting
  • Pre-shipment photographs of bulk goods, cartons and packing detail
  • Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) welcomed and scheduled in, not resisted
  • ISO 9001 quality management system governing the whole process

Verify us

Come and look at the floor

The fastest way to evaluate a factory is to stand on it. We are roughly two hours from Shanghai by road, and we are glad to host buyer visits, third-party audits and sourcing trips. If a visit is not practical right now, ask for a live video walkthrough — we will schedule it within 24 hours rather than sending a stock company film.
