Home/OEM / ODM

Three ways to work with us

Some brands arrive with a complete tech pack. Some arrive with a mood board and a target price. Both are a good starting point — the difference is only in how much of the development work sits with us.

Model 01

OEM — you specify, we make

You bring the tech pack: measurements, construction, yarn, colour, trims, labelling and packing standard. We knit it exactly as specified, run it through our three QC checkpoints, and ship against your delivery window.

  • For brands with an established product development team
  • Fastest route from sample approval to bulk
  • We flag risks in the spec before sampling, not after
Model 02

ODM — we develop from your direction

You bring a reference, a mood board or a retail price point. Our technical team proposes fabrics, constructions and silhouettes, then samples the strongest options. You approve what works and discard the rest.

  • For brands without in-house technical expertise in apparel manufacturing
  • Proposal packs include construction notes and price bands
  • Designs developed for you are not offered to anyone else
Model 03

Private label & white label

For retailers, e-commerce sellers and corporate buyers who need apparel under their own brand without running a full development cycle. Choose from our construction library, apply your label, trims and packaging.

  • Lowest minimums and shortest lead times of the three models
  • Ideal for holiday capsules, gifting and corporate programmes
  • Label, hangtag, polybag and barcode applied to your standard

Commercial terms

Minimums, pricing and what moves the number

Pricing is driven by material cost first, then construction and trims, then quantity. The figures below are indicative starting points — send us a style and we will give you a firm band rather than a range designed to sound attractive.

Minimum order
100 pieces per style and colour for development runs. Accessories and private-label programmes can go lower.
Colourways
Each additional colour carries its own minimum, because yarn is dyed to lot. Tell us your full colour plan at the brief stage and we will structure the minimums around it.
Sizes
Size ratios are flexible within the style minimum — you are not forced into a fixed pre-pack.
Sampling
7–10 working days per round. Sample charges quoted per style and typically credited against the first bulk order.
Payment
Deposit on order confirmation, balance against shipping documents. Terms are negotiable for repeat customers with a payment history.
Incoterms
FOB (default, Shanghai / Ningbo), CIF, CFR, EXW, DDP. We will work on your forwarder's account if you prefer to control freight.
Currency
USD, EUR, GBP, HKD and CNY all quoted. Currency is fixed at order confirmation.
What raises the price
Higher-grade fabric, embroidery and lace detailing, cup construction in activewear, garment dye, and small colour-run quantities.
What lowers it
Volume across styles on the same fabric, a smaller colour palette, simpler construction, and a confirmed reorder on an existing style.

The exchange

What you send, what comes back

Clear inputs get clear outputs. Our most productive relationships start with the same four or five documents.

Send us

  • Tech pack — measurements, construction, seams, trims (if you have one)
  • Reference garment or imagery — a physical sample is ideal, photos work
  • Fibre direction — or a target retail price, and we will propose the fibre
  • Colour plan — Pantone references, or swatches to match
  • Quantities — per style, per colour, size range
  • Labelling and packaging standard — main label, care label, hangtag, polybag
  • Target ex-factory price and ship window

We come back with

  • Feasibility note — within two working days, including anything we would change
  • Indicative FOB price band per style, with the cost drivers itemised
  • Yarn swatch card — physical hand-feel samples by courier
  • Construction proposal — fabric, stitch types and finishing options
  • Sampling plan — dates, sample charges and approval rounds
  • Specification sheet — locked after sample approval, and the basis of QC
  • Compliance pack — fibre and substance documentation available for your file

Intellectual property

Your designs stay yours

This is the concern that stops most first conversations from going further, so we address it up front and in writing.

NDA as standard

We will sign your NDA, or provide our own, before you share any artwork, tech pack or reference garment.

No design reuse

Patterns, measurement charts and artwork developed for you are not offered to any other customer, ever.

Contractual exclusivity

Written exclusivity for styles you develop with us, with a defined territory and period.

No own-brand competition

We do not sell apparel under the Xinni name. We are your supply chain, not your competitor.

Working together

How we keep you informed

Most supply problems are communication problems. These are the commitments we make on response and reporting.

01

One named contact

A single English-speaking account manager from brief to shipment. No handoffs to a shared inbox.

02

Working-day replies

Enquiries answered within one working day. Questions during production answered the same day in most cases.

03

Production photos

Progress images of your goods on the line are shared as standard, not only when something goes wrong.

04

Early warnings

If a schedule or a specification is at risk, you hear it from us before you would have noticed it yourself.

Ready to develop something?

Send us a tech pack, a reference garment or a mood board with a target price. You will get an honest feasibility assessment and a price band — no obligation, no sales pressure.
