Why brands put their label on our garments

Three things a good apparel partner has to get right

Fabric, fit and paperwork. Most factories are strong on one, acceptable on the second and silent on the third. We were built around all three.

Programmes that start small

Development quantities from 100 pieces per style and colour, with a low-barrier route from first sample to repeat order. You validate the market before you commit to a container.

Sampling measured in days

In-house pattern-making, cutting, sewing and pressing means a counter-sample does not leave the building. Target turnaround is 7–10 working days per round, with fit comments resolved in the same cycle.

Documentation as a deliverable

Fibre test reports, dyeing and finishing records, restricted-substance statements — assembled into a traceability file you can hand to a retailer, a marketplace or a regulator without chasing us for six weeks.

Product capability

What leaves the factory

Six product families across women's, men's and kids. Everything is made to your specification — fabric, fit, trim and label. Nothing is sold from stock.

The factory

A vertically integrated floor, not a trading desk

Xinni is a manufacturer, not an intermediary. Cutting, sewing, pressing and packing sit under one roof in Zhutang Town, Jiangyin — which is why a revision reaches production in hours rather than weeks, and why quality problems get caught at the machine instead of at the port.

  • Cut-and-sew lines for woven and jersey programmes, women's, men's and kids
  • In-house pattern-making, grading and fit-blocking
  • Lace, embroidery and print placement handled in production
  • Dedicated sampling room with its own sewing allocation
  • On-site quality control with inspection at three stages of every order
  • Packing, labelling and hangtag application to retail-ready standard

How an order runs

From brief to shipment, without the usual gaps

Every order follows the same six stages, each with a named owner on our side and a written output you can circulate internally.

Brief & feasibility
You send tech packs, reference garments or even just mood imagery and a target price. Within two working days you get a written feasibility note: what we can hold, what we'd recommend changing, and an indicative FOB price band per style.
Fabric & trim selection
We shortlist fabrics against your hand-feel, price and compliance requirements, and send physical swatch cards. Cotton, modal, viscose, linen and stretch blends — with certification status declared for each option.
Counter-sampling
First sample in your specified fabric and construction, with your label and trim. Fit, dimension and hand-feel comments are consolidated into one revision round wherever possible, so a two-round approval is the norm rather than four.
Approval & pre-production
Signed sample, confirmed specification sheet, agreed shipment window. Fabric is booked against your order and a pre-production meeting locks the schedule before a single piece is cut.
Production & inline QC
Cutting, sewing and pressing with inspection at three checkpoints — after cutting, inline on the sewing lines, and after finishing. Photos of the running line are shared as standard, not on request.
Final inspection & shipment
AQL final inspection against your criteria, measurement report, packing list and shipping documents. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) is welcomed and scheduled into the plan, not resisted.

Compliance & traceability

The paperwork is part of the product

European and North American buyers are now measured on supply-chain transparency, not just on price. We treat documentation as a manufacturing output: fibre evidence, process records and chain-of-custody files travel with the goods.

Fibre & substance

Fibre composition testing, restricted-substance statements, AZO and formaldehyde test reports on request per order.

Traceability file

Fabric lot, dye lot, production and finishing records compiled into one file per shipment for your own supplier disclosures.

Social compliance

ISO 9001 quality management in place. Additional social audits carried out on a buyer's behalf when required.

EU regulatory readiness

Structured product data prepared for the EU Digital Product Passport regime as textile requirements phase in.

Fit

Who gets the most out of working with us

01

Emerging labels & DTC brands

You have a design language and an audience, but production is new to you. We carry the technical load — fabric, shrinkage, fit — and get you to market on a quantity you can actually finance.

02

Established brands adding a category

You already produce apparel and want sleepwear, activewear or kids that matches your existing quality bar. We work to your measurement charts, your labelling standard and your audit requirements.

03

Importers, agents & sourcing offices

You need a factory that answers email, holds a schedule and produces consistent quality across repeat orders. Send us the brief; we will quote it properly and honestly.

Before you write to us

The questions buyers ask first

We are a factory. Jiangyin Xinni Textile Co., Ltd. has manufactured apparel in Zhutang Town, Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province since 2002, and the production floor is ours. Visitors are welcome, and a video walkthrough can be arranged within 24 hours if travel is not practical.
Development runs start at 100 pieces per style and colour, with some categories lower. Repeat orders are quoted at a lower unit price as volume rises. If you are testing a market for the first time, tell us your budget and we will tell you what is realistically achievable rather than quoting something we cannot hold.
Counter-sampling targets 7–10 working days from confirmed tech pack and fabric availability. Sample charges are quoted per style and are typically credited against the first bulk order.
Yes. Buyer-supplied fabric and nominated-mill arrangements are both workable. We will confirm shrinkage, sewability and colour behaviour before committing, and we flag any risk to the hand-feel or the schedule in writing.
Standard terms are a deposit on order confirmation with the balance against shipping documents. FOB, CIF, CFR, EXW and DDP are all available depending on destination and your preference for controlling freight.
Yes — we sign your NDA, or provide our own. Patterns, measurement charts and artwork developed for you are not reused for any other customer, and we will contractually confirm exclusivity for styles you develop with us.

Tell us what you want to make.

Send us a tech pack, a reference sample or even a mood board and a target price. We will come back with an honest feasibility assessment, a price band and a sampling timeline.
