Retail piqué
100% cotton piqué 200–240 GSM, flat-knit collar and cuffs, two or three-button placket with taped neck, side vents and a curved hem. The classic retail polo, built to hold its collar after twenty washes.
Cotton piqué, jersey and interlock polos — collar, placket, tipping, buttons and embroidery built to your sample. 100 pieces per style and colour, sampled in 7–14 days, embroidered and finished in the same building in Jiangyin, Jiangsu.
The range
From a heavyweight retail polo to a lightweight uniform shirt — the difference is fabric, collar construction and finishing, not the pattern block.
100% cotton piqué 200–240 GSM, flat-knit collar and cuffs, two or three-button placket with taped neck, side vents and a curved hem. The classic retail polo, built to hold its collar after twenty washes.
Softer, lighter polos in cotton or cotton–modal jersey 160–190 GSM. Fewer seams, drape rather than structure — the shape most resort, uniform and merchandise polos sit in.
Polyester or poly–spandex piqué with moisture management, anti-odour finish and UPF options for golf, uniform and workwear programmes. Colour-fast to industrial laundering when specified.

Working with us
Twelve components, seven of them visible at arm's length. A polo is judged on the collar roll, the placket alignment and whether the side seam twists after washing — none of which shows up in a price quote.
Because cutting, sewing, embroidery, pressing and inspection happen in one building, a problem is caught at the machine rather than at the port. If a collar interlining is too stiff, we feel it at pressing, not when your customer returns the shirt.
We also keep the boring discipline: same block, same spec sheet, same fabric lot reference on repeat orders, so your second run matches your first without a re-approval cycle.
