The range

What we sew in underwear

Small garment, high trim count. A brief has five components and four of them are bought in — which is why we approve the trim card before the fabric.

Women's briefs & bralettes

High-leg, full brief, thong, boyshort and seamless-look shapes; soft-cup and longline bralettes with bonded or elasticated underbands. Cotton, modal, microfibre and rib.

Men's boxers & trunks

Woven and knit boxers, trunks and briefs with logo elastic, functional fly, flat seams and a pouch construction specified to your pattern. Cotton poplin and jersey both run here.

Kids' underwear

Briefs, boxers and training pants with soft waistbands, tagless labelling options and prints placed to avoid the seam. Sized from toddler to 12 years.

Specification

What a programme looks like

MOQ
100 pieces per style and colour, sizes assorted inside that quantity. Underwear is usually ordered to a size ratio rather than equal quantities — quote against whatever ratio you use.
Fabrics
Cotton jersey and rib 150–190 GSM, cotton–modal, micro-modal, viscose–elastane, microfibre and recycled polyester blends. Body fabric and gusset lining sourced and tested together.
Trims
Woven and knitted elastic, silicone-gripped waistbands, jacquard logo elastic, heat-transfer labels, cotton tape, hook-and-eye and ring hardware. A physical trim card is approved before sampling.
Finishing
Elasticated or bonded waistbands, laser-cut edges, flatlock and coverstitch seams, tagless labelling. Bonding is only recommended on fabrics that hold it after washing — tested before bulk.
Fit approval
Approved on a wear trial, not a measurement sheet alone. A leg opening that cuts in or a waistband that rolls passes every measurement and still fails the customer.
Testing
Fibre composition, dimensional stability after washing, colourfastness to washing and rubbing, restricted-substance screening including azo dyes and formaldehyde. Third-party reports arranged when a buyer requires certification.
Lead time
Sample 7–14 working days; bulk 35–45 days from approval, trims included in that window.
Packing
Individual polybag, size stickers, retail-ready folding, barcode and carton marking to your retailer's manual. Polybag-free paper-band packing available on request.
Terms
EXW Jiangyin, FOB Shanghai, CIF or DDP. Deposit on confirmation, balance against shipping documents.

Working with us

Where cheap underwear shows its price

Not in the fabric. In the elastic that goes limp after six washes, the label that scratches, and the gusset seam that was overlocked instead of flatlocked.

Those are trim and construction decisions, and they are made before production starts. We approve the trim card first, test the bonding on the actual fabric, and run a wear trial on the fit — three steps that cost a week and save a season of returns.

Because the same floor also runs sleepwear and kidswear, a brand can build an intimates and loungewear range with one supplier, one spec format and one shipping schedule — instead of three factories that each interpret "soft hand-feel" differently.

FAQ

Underwear questions buyers ask first

100 pieces per style and colour, sizes assorted inside that quantity. Underwear is normally ordered as a size ratio rather than equal quantities, and we quote against whatever ratio you use.
Yes — bonded waistbands, bonded leg openings and laser-cut edges on microfibre and modal programmes, alongside conventional elasticated finishing on cotton and cotton–modal. Bonding is only recommended on fabrics that hold it after washing, and we test that before bulk.
Woven and knitted elastic, silicone-gripped waistbands, jacquard logo elastic, heat-transfer labels and cotton tape. Trim quality is where cheap underwear fails first, so we show you the trim card before sampling.
Yes. Send a reference garment and we measure it, or send your size chart and we grade from it. Fit is approved on a wear trial before bulk — a measurement sheet alone does not catch a leg opening that cuts in.
Fibre composition, dimensional stability after washing, colourfastness to washing and rubbing, plus restricted-substance screening including azo dyes and formaldehyde. Reports come from third-party laboratories when your buyer requires certification.
