What we make for the smallest sizes

Baby clothing has a different failure mode from adult clothing. Nobody returns an adult T-shirt because a seam is rough; every parent notices it on a newborn.

Sleepsuits & gowns

Footed sleepsuits with snap or zip opening, kimono-style wrap gowns for newborn, and two-way zips with a chin guard. Built to the nightwear flammability rules of your market.

Bodysuits & onesies

Short and long sleeve bodies with envelope necks, snap crotch, gusset and extended sizes. Prints placed so the pattern stays level across sizes.

Kids 3–12

Dresses, sweatshirts, joggers, swim and jersey sets. Same floor, same compliance paperwork, sized on a children's block rather than a scaled adult pattern.

Construction rules

100 pieces per style and colour, sizes assorted inside that quantity. For newborn ranges this usually means a size run from 0–3M to 18–24M in one colourway, which is a comfortable first order.
Yes, through nominated certified suppliers, with transaction certificates available for the specific lot. We will not describe a fabric as GOTS certified unless the supply-chain documentation covers it — a claim without paperwork is a liability for your brand, not a selling point.
Nickel-free snaps are specified, attachment strength is tested, and every garment passes a small-parts check before packing. For newborn sizes we recommend snap openings over buttons, and we flag any design detail that creates a choke or entrapment risk before sampling.
Yes. Children's sleepwear sold in the US must meet 16 CFR 1615/1616 and in the EU and UK EN 14878, which in practice means either a snug-fitting construction with the required labelling or a flame-resistant treatment. We will tell you which route your design can support before you commit.
