Home/Products/Activewear

Activewear manufacturing, cut and sewn under one roof.

Leggings, sports bras, tanks, tees, shorts and joggers in four-way stretch knits — pattern-made, cut, sewn and inspected in Jiangyin, Jiangsu. 100 pieces per style and colour, sampled in 7–14 days, so a first activewear range does not need a container behind it.

The range

What we cut in stretch knits

Studio, training and recovery pieces. Every style is developed from your block or your reference garment — nothing is pulled from a stock line.

Yoga & studio

High-rise leggings with contoured or plain waistbands, 7/8 and full lengths, sports bras with bonded or elasticated underbands, seamless-look bralettes, rib tanks and cropped tees.

Training & gym

Performance tees and tanks, training shorts with liner or compression layer, joggers, hoodies and quarter-zips in polyester–spandex and cotton–spandex jersey.

Recovery & lounge

Brushed-back jersey sets, wide-leg lounge pants, ribbed bralettes and soft shorts — the pieces that sit between activewear and sleepwear in the same wardrobe.

Specification

What a programme looks like

MOQ
100 pieces per style and colour. Sizes can be assorted inside that quantity — one colourway, five sizes, 100 units in total is a normal first run.
Fabrics
Nylon–spandex and polyester–spandex jersey 180–300 GSM, rib and interlock knits, cotton–spandex for studio pieces, recycled polyester on request. Buyer-nominated mills and nominated fabric are both workable.

Opacity under stretch, elastic recovery, pilling and colourfastness tested before bulk. Restricted-substance and fibre-composition reports arranged through third-party labs on request.
Lead time
Counter sample 7–14 working days. Bulk 35–45 days from order confirmation and approved sample, fabric booking included in that window.
Packing
Polybag or compostable bag, hangtag and care-label application, size stickers, barcode and carton marking to your retailer's manual.
Compliance
amfori BSCI audited (Jul 2026) and ISO 9001 certified. Social and technical audit paperwork can be shared before you place an order.
Terms

Why a factory, not a trading desk

Fit problems get solved at the machine

Activewear fails on two things: a waistband that rolls, and a rise that is half a centimetre wrong. Both are construction problems, and construction problems are only fixed by people who can walk to the sewing line.

We run pattern-making, grading, sampling and production in the same building. A fit comment does not travel through an agent, a trading company and a third-party factory before it reaches a pattern cutter — it goes down one corridor. That is why a two-round sample approval is normal here rather than a lucky outcome.

It also means we can tell you, at brief stage, when a design will not work: a bonded hem on a heavy compression fabric, a print across a four-way stretch panel, a gusset that will pull at the seam. Saying that before sampling saves both of us a month.

Practical details buyers ask about

  • Sample charge per style, credited against the bulk order
  • Swatch cards sent before any sampling starts
  • Pantone or physical standard colour matching, lab dip approved in writing
  • Photos of the running line shared as standard
  • Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) welcomed and scheduled into the plan
  • Repeat orders quoted at a lower unit price, same block, same spec sheet

FAQ

Activewear questions, answered plainly

Development runs start at 100 pieces per style and colour for leggings, sports bras, tanks, tees, shorts and joggers. Repeat orders are quoted at a lower unit price as volume rises.
Yes. Send a reference garment and we measure it, build the pattern block from those numbers, and return a counter sample in 7–14 working days with a measurement report, so you compare spec to spec rather than by eye.
Yes. Opacity under stretch, elastic recovery after repeated extension and pilling are checked on the fabric before bulk, and we will run a squat test on your specified ground colour. Third-party reports are arranged when a buyer needs certification.
Nylon–spandex and polyester–spandex jersey in 180–300 GSM, rib and interlock knits, cotton–spandex for studio wear, recycled polyester on request, plus brushed and peached finishes. Buyer-nominated mills are welcome if you want a specific fabric.
Our floor is cut-and-sew. Bonded and flatlock constructions give a seamless hand-feel on bralettes, waistbands and hems. For fully circular-knit seamless programmes we will tell you at brief stage whether the shape is realistic for us, rather than quoting work we cannot hold.

Launching an activewear line?

Send a tech pack, a reference garment or even a photo and a target price. You get a written feasibility note within two working days — what we can hold, what we would change, and an indicative price band.
