Why this fibre

What TENCEL™ Lyocell does for sleepwear

The properties premium sleepwear buyers specify first — and how we hold them in production.

Moisture management

Lyocell fibres absorb and release moisture more evenly than cotton, keeping skin dry through the night — the number-one comfort claim for sleepwear.

Drape and hand-feel

A smooth, cool surface with a fluid fall. We control wash curves and finishing temperature so the fabric keeps that hand-feel after repeated laundering.

A credible brand story

Botanic-origin fibre from sustainably managed sources. We knit with Lenzing-certified TENCEL™ yarn, so your hangtag and marketing claims hold up to scrutiny.

Our current programme runs 140 GSM single jersey and 180 GSM interlock in the 70/30 TENCEL™–Merino blend. Other constructions and blends (TENCEL™-modal, TENCEL™-cotton) are developed to order — send your target weight and construction.
