Fabric programme · Loungewear OEM

Loungewear OEM production that treats rib like a fit problem, not an afterthought.

Rib loungewear lives or dies on recovery and cuff stability — skip the correct rib count or skip the tumble finish and the cuffs bag out after three washes. We run 2×2 to 8×8 rib at 220–280 GSM with matched-elongation cuffs, and we hold finished sets to a 3% residual shrinkage at 40 °C. MOQ 100 sets per style and colour.

What we make

Loungewear styles we run OEM

Co-ords, robes and nightshirts cut on the same blocks as our pyjama programmes — grading and fit carry over across your range.

Rib & jersey co-ord sets

Cropped tops with shorts, joggers or wide-leg pants. 220–280 GSM rib or 180–240 GSM jersey, matched-elongation rib cuffs so hems stay honest after washing.

Lounge robes & wraps

Kimono and shawl-collar robes with self-belt or tie, piping and contrast binding options. Waffle, rib and brushed-jersey qualities from 240 GSM.

Nightshirts & loung dresses

Button-through nightshirts and tiered loung dresses in modal, bamboo and cotton blends — the easy add-on SKU that lifts average order value for loungewear brands.

Specification

What goes on the tech pack

Numbers we will defend on a bulk test report, not mood-board language.

Core qualities
Rib 2×2 to 8×8, 220–280 GSM and single jersey 180–240 GSM in cotton, modal, bamboo viscose and blends. Waffle and brushed-back options for autumn/winter drops.
Cuff & hem stability
Cuff and neckband rib is matched for elongation and recovery to the body fabric, so cuffs hold shape after repeated washing instead of bagging out.
Shrinkage control
Fabric pre-shrunk and compacted before cutting; finished garments held to a maximum 3% residual shrinkage after three home washes at 40 °C.
Colour & dyeing
Reactive dyeing to Pantone TCX with lab dips per colour. Fastness to washing grade 4, to perspiration grade 4 — declared on the bulk test report.
Trims & branding
Woven neck labels, printed care labels, drawcord tips, custom packaging and barcoding — specified on the tech pack so every set arrives retail-ready.
Testing
OEKO-TEX Standard 100 type testing can be arranged per lot. Azo dyes, formaldehyde, pH and heavy metals tested on request.

FAQ

Loungewear OEM questions buyers actually ask

100 sets per style per colour. Loungewear shares base fabric programmes with our pyjama lines, so the dye lot stays economical at 100 sets without pushing you into a large first order.
Yes. Send the reference garment or a fabric swatch — we counter-source the rib structure and weight, then send a lab dip and counter sample. 2×2 to 8×8 rib at 220–280 GSM is in regular production.
Usually the cuff rib is mismatched to the body fabric in elongation and recovery. We match cuff rib elongation to the body fabric and pre-shrink both, so hems and cuffs keep their shape after repeated washing.
Counter samples in 7–14 working days; bulk in 35–45 days from order confirmation and approved sample. Shipping EXW Jiangyin or FOB Shanghai.
The factory is amfori BSCI audited and ISO 9001 certified, and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 type testing can be arranged per lot for EU and US retail chains.
