Sleepwear buyers keep asking for the same two things this season: a softer hand-feel than cotton jersey, and colours that survive fifty washes without going grey. We have spent the last few months working with our dyeing partners on two fabric platforms that answer both, and they are now open for sampling.
A single-knit modal with 5% elastane, 180–220 gsm depending on the style. It drapes the way buyers expect from premium pyjama sets, holds its shape through elastic waistbands, and takes deep, even colour in piece dye. This is the platform we recommend for women's pyjama sets, camisole tops and loungewear programmes where the fabric is the selling point.
Lyocell-rich blends, 160–200 gsm, available in solid dye and yarn-dye stripe. Lyocell's moisture management makes it a natural fit for sleepwear and for warm-climate markets, and the fibre's strength means we can offer finer gauges without sacrificing durability. For buyers building an eco-forward line, lyocell is also the easier fibre to talk about honestly in your own product copy.
Both platforms run through the same cut-and-sew floor as our cotton programmes — same three-checkpoint inspection, same AQL final inspection, same packing standards. If you already produce cotton pyjamas with us, adding a modal or lyocell capsule is a scheduling conversation, not a new-supplier conversation.
Full fabric reference is on the products page. Style-level detail: modal pyjamas, Tencel™ lyocell sleepwear, and women's pyjama sets.
