Men's sleepwear is sold on the details men notice after six months: a collar that still sits flat, a button fly that doesn't gape, French seams that survive washing, and a waistband that doesn't twist. We build those in from the pattern. MOQ 100 sets per style and colour, sizes M–3XL and tall.

Men's pyjama programmes

Woven and knit blocks, all with matching piping and self-fabric or contrast trims.

Woven poplin sets

110–120 GSM cotton poplin, camp collar or notch collar with rever, piped placket and pocket. The classic year-round retail set.

Flannel & brushed cotton

150–170 GSM flannel in yarn-dyed checks and prints, brushed on both faces. Winter gifting and department-store programmes.

Jersey & modal sets

180–200 GSM cotton-modal or bamboo jersey with rib cuffs and elastic-drawcord waist. Sleep shorts sets for warm-climate markets.

Construction

Details that decide whether the set gets reordered

Every line below is a spec point we can quote against — or match from your reference garment.

Collar & rever
Camp collar (flat, no stand) or notch collar with a two-piece rever. Fusible interlining weight matched to the fabric so the collar holds shape without going stiff after washing.
Placket & buttons
Piped or plain front placket, 4-hole polyester or corozo-look buttons, buttonhole spacing checked against the fly so nothing gapes when seated.
Waistband
Fully elasticated with drawcord, or button fly with elastic back panel. Waist elastic is bar-tacked at the side seams to stop it twisting in the wash.
Seams
French seams on woven sets, overlocked and top-stitched on knits. Bar tacks at pocket mouths, fly ends and side vents.
Grading
M–3XL as standard, 4XL–5XL on request. Tall blocks add body and sleeve length instead of scaling the whole pattern up, so the shoulders stay correct.
Shrinkage
Woven cotton pre-shrunk to a maximum 3% residual shrinkage after three washes at 40 °C. Flannel is relaxation-shrunk before cutting.

Yes. Blocks grade to 3XL as standard and to 4XL–5XL on request. Tall patterns add body and sleeve length rather than scaling the whole garment up, so the shoulder and collar stay correct.
Cotton poplin 110–120 GSM for year-round sets, flannel 150–170 GSM for winter, cotton-modal jersey 180–200 GSM for a softer drape, bamboo viscose jersey for a premium hand-feel. All available with matching piping.
